- Phone number;

- other information and documents that I provide to the Data Controller on my own initiative when contacting via the website, feedback forms, by email, in messengers (including Telegram) or by other means, if such information is necessary for the provision of services and/or for compliance with the requirements of the legislation.
2. This consent applies to the processing of Personal Data provided by me to the Data Controller when using the website and feedback forms, as well as when contacting by email, via messengers (including Telegram) and other communication channels used by the Data Controller.

5. In the course of processing Personal Data, the Data Controller carries out collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), deletion, destruction of Personal Data.

This consent to the processing of Personal Data is effective from the moment the consent is provided (including by placing a check mark in the form on the Data Controller’s website or by sending an enquiry to the Data Controller) until the expiration of the storage periods for the relevant information or documents containing the above information, as determined in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
7. This consent may be withdrawn at any time on the basis of my written request.
8. I have been informed that if I revoke this consent, the Data Controller has the right to continue processing my Personal Data in cases stipulated by Federal Law of 27.07.2006 №152-FZ “On Personal Data”. The requirement to destroy Personal Data does not apply to Personal Data for which regulatory legal acts provide for the obligation to store them, including after the termination of legal relationships.
