Hereby, I, the subject of Personal Data, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”, give my consent to GMT Legal LLC (legal address: 119421, Moscow, Leninsky Prospekt, 111, building 1, room 97, Primary State Registration Number: 5157746039897, TIN: 7728319660, hereinafter referred to as the “Data Controller”) to process Personal Data on the following terms:
1. Consent is given for automated and non-automated processing of the following Personal Data:
- Full name (last name, first name, patronymic);
- E-mail address;
- Phone number;
- Telegram contact.
2. Processing of Personal Data means the actions or a set of actions with personal data, as provided for by Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”, performed using automation tools or without using such tools, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), deletion, destruction of personal data. In this connection, I give my consent to the processing by the Data Controller of my personal data.
3. The purpose of processing Personal Data is to inform me about promotions, contests, special offers, new services, discounts, advertising materials and other services, as well as to provide me with commercial or advertising information and free products, to participate in exhibitions or events, to conduct marketing research, and to notify me of all special initiatives for clients.
4. In the course of processing Personal Data, the Data Controller carries out collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), deletion, destruction of Personal Data.
5. This consent to the processing of Personal Data is effective from the moment the consent is provided (including by placing a check mark in the form on the Data Controller’s website or by sending an enquiry to the Data Controller) until the expiration of the storage periods for the relevant information or documents containing the above information, as determined in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
6. This consent may be withdrawn at any time on the basis of my written request.
7. I have been informed that if I revoke this consent, the Data Controller has the right to continue processing my Personal Data in cases stipulated by Federal Law of 27.07.2006 №152-FZ “On Personal Data”. The requirement to destroy Personal Data does not apply to Personal Data for which regulatory legal acts provide for the obligation to store them, including after the termination of legal relationships.
